Return Window:

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return most items. 
• Exceptions: Certain items, such as gift cards, perishable goods, and items marked as "final sale," are not eligible for return. 

Eligibility for Returns:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. 
• It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. 
• Please ensure that the item is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. 

Initiating a Return:

2. 2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to us. 
3. 3. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. 
4. 4. Packing and Shipping: Please follow the instructions provided in the RMA to properly pack and ship your return. 

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
